Shipping Delays in Italy – Here's What's Going On📦

We want to take a moment to thank you for your ongoing support and patience. Many of you have recently experienced significant delays in receiving your orders, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.

Unfortunately, the cause of the delay is out of our hands: there is currently a postal strike taking place across Italy. As you may already know, the Italian postal service isn't exactly known for lightning-fast delivery under normal circumstances, so with the strike in full effect, things have gotten even slower.

We're continuing to ship orders as usual on our end and monitoring the situation closely. All tracking numbers provided are still valid, but please be aware that your package may take much longer than usual to arrive.

We know it's a pain (believe us, we feel it too), and we deeply appreciate your understanding during this time. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out, we're here to help however we can.
