Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Simply check at checkout to see if we can deliver to your location. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out, and we’ll assist you further!
What are the blades made of?
All of our hidden blades are currently made from plastic using 3d printing and injection molding technology. Information on the materials used can be found in the disclaimer section of the product description.
Do you make metal or steel hidden blades?
Not currently. Our hidden blades are crafted from high-quality plastic for durability and precision. While we’re not offering metal or steel blades at the moment, we are exploring the possibility of metal production in the future. Be sure to keep an eye on our pages for any exciting updates!
Is the square safety tip removeable?
Yes, the square safety tab on the tip of the blades is removable. However, we recommend keeping it in place for safety reasons when using the hidden blade. All hidden blades must be sent with a safety tab to avoid shipping disruptions.
How do I remove the blade safety tip?
While we don't recommend removing the blade safety tip, we do understand some people prefer the iconic look of the pointy blade. To remove the tip, carefully cut along the blade edge using a pair of sharp scissors or craft knife. Once removed, use a piece of fine grit sandpaper to smooth and blend the edge.
How do I know my ring size?
Our ring sizes are based on the men's US ring size chart. Your ring size can be calculated using our websites detailed sizing guide.
Are the blades sharp?
Our hidden blades are designed for display and cosplay purposes, so they are not sharpened. If you choose to remove the safety tab the blade will be 'pointy' but not sharp. They’re made from plastic and are safe to handle and wear, but they’re not intended for actual use as weapons. Always handle with care!
Do you offer customisation?
Currently, we do not offer custom orders. However, we are always working on new and exciting products, so be sure to check back for future releases. In some cases we can accommodate minor customisations but please contact us first to check before placing an order. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
Do you sell the model files?
At the moment, we do not sell the model files for our products. We are a small business and must protect our intellectual property the best we can. Our focus is on providing high-quality physical replicas and gadgets. Periodically we may release digital files to our dedicated Cults3D page. Currently only our V1 hidden blade files are available on Cults3D. However, we’re always open to feedback, so feel free to reach out if you have any specific requests!
How long to ship to my country?
All orders have a 1-4 business day processing time before they are shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please review the estimated delivery times provided when at checkout. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your shipment’s progress. For more detailed shipping times, or inquiries on shipping delays we strongly advise contacting your local postal service for updates.
Do you sell spare parts?
At this time, we do not sell individual spare parts for our products in store. However, if you have any issues with your item or require new components, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you!
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all contents. Returns must be initiated by contacting us at support@rawicecreations.au. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged during transit. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. For EU customers, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
