Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. This includes the removal of the blade safety tabs and adjustment/cutting of the string. The item must contain all the original contents and be returned in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rawicecreations.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [ Unit 4, 86 Forsyth Street, O'Connor 6163, Perth, Western Australia ] Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless return is due to an item arriving faulty or being damaged in transit in which case Rawice Creations will cover the shipping costs. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order prior to fulfillment or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification.

To cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, you can do so directly from your account. To return an item, please contact us at support@rawicecreations.au.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with all original contents and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process usually 2 to 5 business days.
