Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer worldwide shipping but there maybe some countries we are unable to ship too. We cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery due to customs or courier delays.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties and taxes that may apply. Rawice Creations are not responsible for these charges.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any product that is deemed faulty upon delivery will receive a full refund or exchange. If the damage to the product is from customer misuse then no refund can be given.

No refund for change of mind purchases once order has been shipped.
