At Rawice Creations, we take pride in delivering top-quality products, but certain aspects of the manufacturing process are unavoidable. Many of our items are crafted using 3D printing and injection molding. As a result, some 3D print layer lines may be visible - this is a natural characteristic of the process. Similarly, injection-molded components might show minor imperfections like sink holes, which occur as the plastic cools. These features are normal and do not affect the functionality of the products. Fan Art & Product Disclaimer

This is a fan-made, unlicensed product, created as fan art. Fan art is protected under fair-use. It's made of 3D-printed and injection-moulded plastic, it is not official merchandise. It is intended only for cosplay, collectors, and entertainment purposes. Recommended for ages 16+.

Shipping Disclosure

At Rawice Creations, we carefully test and securely pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. While we do everything possible to prevent issues, less than 1% of the time, unforeseen challenges can arise. Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched, shipping speed and handling are beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged due to rough transit or exposure to extreme conditions, please contact us right away. Our team will resolve the issue promptly - your satisfaction is our priority.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, don’t worry. Shipping delays often result from carrier issues such as understaffing, flight disruptions, or peak periods like holiday sales. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely. Product Warranty

Our Commitment to Craftsmanship

Every Rawice Creations hidden blade is designed and produced in our Australian workshop with precision and care. We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

All hidden blades and mechanical products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

• Mechanical failures due to manufacturing defects
• Internal component faults not caused by misuse
• Structural defects in the main housing

If a fault is confirmed, Rawice Creations will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by dropping, impact, or improper handling
• Modifications, disassembly, or alterations
• Excessive force or misuse of the mechanism
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
• Water or environmental damage
• Use outside of intended cosplay or display purposes

Rawice Creations hidden blades are collectible props and are not designed for combat, striking objects, or real-world use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with:

• Clear photos or video showing the problem

Additional Notes

All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of purchase is required. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.
