Important Notice for Our U.S Customers📢

As of 29 August 2025, the United States has introduced new tariffs on international packages, removing the previous $800 USD exemption.

Because of this sudden change, Australia Post has temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States while they work on a solution to manage the new tariff requirements.

⚠️ What this means for you

•  At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the US until Australia Post provides a clear path forward. We are currently trialing a work-around solution to still get orders out to our US customers - we will post updates as we have them. During this trial process we will do our best to get all US orders shipped.
• We do not yet know how long this pause will last, but we are monitoring the situation daily.
• Once shipping resumes, we will immediately update our store and notify our US customers.

We truly value our US community and understand how frustrating this is. Thank you so much for your patience and support while Australia Post works to find a resolution.

In the meantime, you’re always welcome to browse, wishlist, or place orders if you’re outside the US — those shipments remain unaffected. For any US customer who place an order or have already placed an order we will notify you if we cannot get your order shipped. You have the option to choose for us to hold your order until shipping resumes, or we can issue you a full refund or store credit. Don't worry we've got your back!
