Is the blade sharp?
No. Our hidden blades are designed for display and cosplay use and are not sharpened.
Each blade ships with a removable safety tip installed for transport and safe handling. The safety tip can be removed for a more accurate pointed appearance, however this should only be done carefully and at your own discretion.
What materials is it made from?
Each blade is crafted using high-quality plastics, combining precision 3D-printed and injection-moulded components. This hybrid production method allows us to achieve detailed accuracy while maintaining durability and smooth deployment.
How does sizing work?

I don’t want to say it but I I have to admit these blades is a 10 times improvement from Ammnra’s gravity version he made years ago. But this time dual action, dual blades and not have to worry have to worry about losing parts. Anyone looking for Connor this is it I say this as these are literally my 2nd Connor blades in my AC collection XD

I bought a left- and right-arm pair of Connor’s pivot blades for approximately $200 USD, intending to use them for cosplay and display.
Unfortunately, the blade in the right-arm replica broke on only my second day of owning it. The blade was fully retracted when it caught lightly on my shirt as I started running after my nephew. Rather than damaging the approximately $12 shirt, the blade snapped into three pieces. Considering that each replica effectively cost around $100, I found that extremely disappointing.
The replicas do have genuine attention to detail. They are lightweight, look good, and recreate the movement of a hidden blade in a satisfying way when the mechanism cooperates. However, the action can also feel mushy, finicky, and inconsistent. They do not function particularly well beneath sleeves, either—which is a major problem for Assassin’s Creed cosplay, since nearly every protagonist, including Connor, wears sleeves over the bracers.
Based on how easily mine broke during ordinary wear, I would not trust these to survive several hours at a convention with repeated drawing and retracting. I would be constantly concerned about one catching on the costume and snapping. If you primarily want a lightweight display piece with working hidden-blade action, these are cool replicas. As wearable cosplay props, though, their fragility seriously limits their usefulness.
There is real craftsmanship in their appearance and design, but for the price I paid, I honestly wish I had purchased a more durable set elsewhere. A wearable prop should not break into three pieces simply from catching on a shirt while fully retracted and running at the pace necessary to "chase" a seven year old.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your Connor Pivot Blades. After seeing your review, we reached out directly asking for photos of the damage so we could determine what had broken and see how we could help. When we didn't hear back, we reached out a second time and again offered our assistance. Unfortunately, we haven't received a response to either message, so we haven't been able to inspect the damage or work towards a resolution with you.
We would like to clarify a few points for anyone reading. Although you mention the blade was fully retracted, the Connor Pivot Blade has an externally exposed pivoting dagger even when retracted, just as Connor's does in the game. If an exposed plastic component catches on clothing while the wearer is running, the resulting force can be considerably greater than simply 'catching on a shirt.' A sufficiently strong snag or lateral load can unfortunately break a plastic prop and isn't necessarily an indication of poor manufacturing quality.
Our blades intentionally use lightweight plastic blade components with rounded safety tips because they're designed as wearable cosplay props, not real blades. If one becomes caught while the wearer continues moving, the prop may sustain damage rather than cutting through the obstruction.
We'd also like to clarify that the approximately $200 USD was not the price of the two blades alone. Your total was $199.66 USD, which included both Connor blades, two Black Leather Risers, international shipping from Australia, and applicable US tariffs and taxes. We understand preferring a metal replica, but our products are clearly advertised as primarily plastic, and metal Connor replicas are a very different product in a substantially different price bracket.
Regarding wearing them beneath sleeves, the Connor mechanism isn't designed to operate underneath clothing. Its pivoting dagger is externally mounted, and Connor himself wears the Hidden Blade over his forearm clothing in the game.
Finally, we respectfully disagree that the blades aren't suitable for conventions. Cosplay and convention wear are exactly what they're designed for and what many of our customers use them for. They're made for repeated extension and retraction during normal cosplay use, but as plastic props, they're not designed to withstand significant snagging, impacts or lateral forces.

Haven't put the second one together yet, but so far, so good! I will say, out of the different ones I've gotten, the blade for this one feels thinner and like it can break easier than the other ones. The handle also feels pretty thin as well when turning the blade. I wished for the price, it would feel a bit stronger, but otherwise, it really is awesome, and I do love messing around with it!

Blades look amazing and function perfect for when I do my Connor Kenway cosplay. Even tho they arrived at the wrong address, not your fault big dawg, my good neighbor managed to deliver it to me since the post office had delivered it to him instead of leaving it on my doorstep, but aside from that I’m honored to add these bad boys to my collection 👍🏽

Truly spot on! The knife part of the hidden blade swivels so it can be held like in the game. The details are spot on with the game, and both blades are mirrors of each other. A fantastic purchase!

They have video tutorials in case you’re an idiot like me! Super cool and fun. Would highly recommend if you want a plastic blade as they are not metal. The leather bracers that hold the blades are well worth it.
